Tony has over 20 years’ international construction, engineering, and operational management experience. Beginning in Aeronautical Engineering, Tony developed a passion for construction, and transitioned into the industry as a Registered Builder in Western Australia. Since then, he’s held various positions starting from Construction Supervisor, Construction Manager, Project Manager, to General Manager and Company Director.

With over 18 years' experience as an Architect, Aaron has a solid understanding of the design and construction industry. He is experienced in managing the many design aspects of a project from inception to completion. These typically include feasibility study, master planning, brief formulation, project definition planning, and much more. Aaron has expertise across the residential, commercial, healthcare, aged care, education, and transport sectors.

Aaron is passionate about sustainability and has a commitment to continuous research and application of sustainable development and technologies.

For 30 years Dorothy has applied her passion for English language through technical writing, content creation, corporate communications and teaching in Australian infrastructure, educational, engineering and scientific circles. With a BA in English (Language) and postgraduate studies in teaching English as a second language, she excels at converting technical information into balanced and rhythmic prose.

Driven by accuracy, consistency and readability of the written word, Dorothy believes errors devalue author authenticity and company credibility. She has dedicated her career to making people and companies look good on paper and online. Dorothy brings character, substance and flow to the pages she crafts, and warmth and enthusiasm to the teams she joins.

Backed by 19-year career in professional sport — as a player, coach, and manager — Terry brings exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to Mercer & Co. A dedicated and results-driven professional, he thrives in high pressure situations and actively works to develop a fun and healthy working environment.

Terry enjoys being part of — as well as managing, leading, and motivating — a productive team. Extremely organised, with a successful background in high-level managerial positions, Terry brings a wealth of experience to the Management Consultant role.
